1. Light Weight, Adiabatic, Fire Retarding
"INNOTEX EPS" has a super ior fire retarding character istic achieved by synergic effect between thermosetting resins and non combustible inorganic matters. It also has a light weight and adiabatic property of EPS in addition, in spite of its burning, its shape can't be destroyed easily and there is no emission of Halogenic gas
2. Intensity requlation
Intensity of "INNOTEX EPS" can be regulated from solid high intensity (high density) to flexible intensity (low density) for various purposes.
3. Free forming into various shapes
"INNOTEX EPS" can be formed into various shapes by Steam molding (automatic molding) process which is generally used for forming of EPS beads. Furthermore, it can be formed into a flat board type by heating & pressing molding process, one of the thermosetting resin molding methods.
4. Low Absorptance and proper air transmission
In spite of its low Absorptance property, "INNOTEX EPS" has a proper air transmission characteristic. it is a important factor to be used as thermal insulation of housing.
5. Recyclability
"INNOTEX EPS" can be recycled by proper process. |
