ANTI-SKID BASE 13.5kg/can
ANTI-SKID HARDENER 4.5kg/can
ANTI-FLOWERING ADDITIVE 27kg/bag
AGGREGATE 20kg/bag
ANTI-SKID TOP "A" 16.7kg/can
ANTI-SKID TOP "B" 3.3kg/can
Part "A" and "B" of BASE & TOP COATING are thoroughly mixed with electric mixing machine due to its high viscosity. Avoid the moisture of the subsurface, especially 1 day after rain.
When apply it owing to unavoidable circumstances, remove the moisture of the subsurface thoroughly using a gas burner or other tools.

1) PRE-TREATMENT
The steel deck shall be fully de-rusted and be free from dust, dirt.
Water and grease. In order to ensure exact application, mark with the line to show the parts to applied.
2) BASE COAT
First fully mix 3 parts ANTI-SKID BASE and 6 parts
ANTI-FLOWERING ADDITIVE by weight.
And then add ANTI-SKID HARDENER 1 parts to be applied.
3) AGGREGATE COAT
After the mixture be applied with trowel or similar tools, the aggregate shall be scattered until the mixture surface entirely covered with the aggregate. Roll with roller or similar tools to flat the surface of aggregate.
4) TOP COAT
After the mixture be cured wholly, 5 parts ANTI-SKID TOP "A" and 1 part ANTI-SKID TOP "B" by weight be mixed and be applied thinly within the pot-life with a brush or spray. |
