It is recommended that the product is conditioned to room~temperature before mixing.
The base has to be thoroughly stirred before adding the hardener. A through mixing is necessary.
1) PRE-TREATMENT The steel deck must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil etc. 2) PRIMER COAT COSMEX PRIMER "A" and "B" are fully mixed and coated with roller or brush in thin thickness for minimum 3 min 3) BASE COAT Mixed resin with MEDIUM "A" and "B" coat with brush or roller, and then mixed resin and silica sand #5 mix with shovel. 4) TOP COAT After base ocat completely cured. TOP POWDER mixed with L/C 34K thinly coat with rubber trowel.
The curing time is depending on the thickness of the compound.
