YATOMIX INSIDE FLOOR S.B.R is used as underlay for deck finish materials such as carpets, vinyl sheet etc. and may be a;;lied to hard foundations such as short-primed steel, which recommended be free of dust, oil, grease, dirt, rust etc.

One set YATOMIX INSIDE FLOOR S.B.R consist of three coats.
PRIMER COAT
Primer Powder 20㎏/bag 20㎏
L/C 34K 20㎏/can 8㎏
BASE COAT
Base Powder 20㎏/bag 20㎏
L/C 34K 20㎏/can 8㎏
TOP COAT
Top Powder 20㎏/bag 20㎏
L/C 34K 20㎏/can 8㎏
Coat the mixed compound of primer powder and L/C 34K with brush.
After drying the primer coat, apply the base coat with trowel.
Don't coat the top coat before the base coat be dried completely.
Each prepared compound must be used within 30 minutes.
 
Application is easily performed with trowel, brush or other suitable tools.
The lowest steel temperature is 5℃ Thickness in excess of 10mm will extend to drying time.
 
The curing time is depending on the thickness of the compound.
PRIMER COAT
Apply base coat within 2 hours.
BASE COAT
Apply top coat when base coat completely dried. (approx. 24 hours)
TOP COAT
Apply applied, 12 hours need to walk.
 
SHELF-LIFE
Power - Power-min. 3 months in unsealed package. L/C 34K-min. 6 months in unsealed package.
STOTAGE
Keep in dry rooms. Do not expose to freezing temperatures.
