◊ SELF-LEVELING FLOOR
YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING FLOOR is used as a leveling compound for underlay materials of primary deck covering.
The product must be used on hard foundation such shop-primed steel, which must be free of duct, grease, oil, dirt etc.

YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING POWDER - Gray YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING EMULSION - White
Pour the stand YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING EMULSION in specified quantity into a mixer and mix sufficiently with putting YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING POWDER gradually (about 5min.)
The prepared YATOMIX SELF-LEVELING COMPOUND must be used within approximately 30min. The pot-life is depending on the temperature.
Application is most easily performed with pumping system (mixer, pump) compared to ordinary marine deck covering type.
The lowest permissible steel deck temperature at the time of application is 5℃
The curing time is depending on the thickness of the compound. In the standard thickness (8mm) the compound is walking possible after 24 hours in summer, 48 hours in winter.
However the compound must be completely dry prier to the application of "dense" finish materials such as vinyl sheet etc.

Power - min. 6 months Emulsion - min. 3months
STORAGE
Heap not more than 10 bags of power vertically.
Powder should be kept in a cool and dry place
Emulsion do not expose to freezing temperature.
